Dear Sir/ Madam,

My name is Petya Vasileva Ignatova – Tzenova and have been patient of Agibadem since June. I have metastatic cancer and am on hormone therapy. I have visited Maslak twice already. In a previous letter I praised the good organization of your Health Organization, the competent doctors and state-of- the- art equipment.

My second visit confirmed my conviction that by coming to you I have made the right decision.

I would like to thank specially Prof. Ozlem ER for her professionalism, competence and personal approach. I feel safe in the hands of such a worthy person and am confident that she takes the right decisions and is doing an excellent job with my treatment.

I should also like to express my gratitude to the Sofia office of Acibadem, namely Dr. Margaritov and Daniela who run a very smooth operation.

Last, but not least, I would like to say a big thank you to Renginar Mutlu – the person from your International Department responsible for Bulgaria. This young lady amazed me with the enthusiasm she puts in her work. She was in constant contact with me, trying to help me in every possible way, catering for all my needs and showing sincere interest in my case. I have been treated in Paris, France, in Johannesburg and Pretoria, South Africa and in Bulgaria and have never seen such a dedication and diligence. It was a great surprise for me to meet anyone with a heart as big as hers. She projects her goodness to the people around her. I hope Acibadem appreciates people like Renginar. She deserves the highest praise.

I will strongly recommend your services to all of my friends in Bulgaria.
